How can i place an order?

You can place an order on our website (or) you can call/whatsapp us on 0308-4161486 to place an order over the phone.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All our local orders placed before 3PM(Monday-Friday) are dispatched within 1 working day however, due to non availability of stock of a particular order,it may take upto 5-6 working days for the order to be dispatched.
All local orders will be delivered within 4-5 working days after placing an order.

Can I make changes to my order?

You can make any changes to your order before completing the checkout process. However, if you have already completed the order then please call us on 0308-4161486 and we will make the changes for you. Please be informed that we will not be able to make any changes to your order if it has already been dispatched.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can cancel your order by calling us at 0308-4161486 before 1 pm and we will cancel the order for you.
Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled.

How will my parcel be delivered?

The parcel will be delivered by TCS or Leopards courier service. Deliveries are made between 10 am and 5 pm.

Can I have my shoes delivered to an address other than my home address?

You surely can! Please ensure that you choose the option for a different delivery address while placing the order.

What if I have missed the delivery attempted by the courier?

The courier will attempt to deliver the parcel. In case of failed deliveries, the courier will send you a text message on the provided contact number.
If the parcel is undelivered, then the parcel will be returned to us by the courier within 24 hours. Customer can pay a re-delivery charge so please call us at 0308-4161486 for more information to schedule a re-delivery of the parcel. Please inform us within one working day if you have not received your order after 1 working day we will not take responsibility of undelivered orders.

What are the delivery charges?

Local delivery charges are PKR 300 and international delivery charges are PKR 7000

Can I track my order?

Yes you can. We will send it to your email or please call us at 0308-4161486 to obtain the tracking ID of your parcel and you will be able to track your parcel online.
